This will have been my 4th Mark Warner holiday split evenly between winter resorts and summer resorts. I reviewed the Levante Resort in Rhodes back here.
I did no research on this holiday however I knew that I wanted to go to corsica one day ok it's a resort but you still get somewhat an experience of a country/island.
Corsica sits above Sardinia and below the south of france so you are normally guaranteed good weather for part of or all of your summer holiday.

The resort is located just south of Santa Lucia Di Moriani you will find a good sized supermarket here, otherwise not much of interest but you can buy some beach things around the town. It doesn't for example have restaurants at least not obviously. Opposite the resort check out what looks like a basic vegetable shop.

The Good Points

The staff. Always smiling and friendly and helpful to the extreme. Mark Warner knows the importance of this especially when you are trusting the staff with your most precious little ones.

The activities and plan for your week.

The resort size is ideal - your not too far from anything.

I had no idea as to the strength of Bamboo - you can hold 4 tonnes on its end, and its lightweight. It's the creativity of the Balinese groups structures that impress and its ecological too.
They have a slat treatment that preserves the stuff for a lifetime so for certain climates these structures are simply useful, longful and beautiful. 
In the colder climes like the UK perhaps it is a material that can be transported and used in conjunction with others to provide more insulation both noise and heat and reduce the need for more environmentally costly materials.

The phantom 3 from dji brings quite a lot of new features and improvments across but from my own phantom 2 experience I want to tell you what I need and see if the phantom 3 delivers on that.

Indoor Aerial filming

The phantom 2 would be incredibly hard to get steady meaningful indoor shots as the motion of the drone is going to be more random due to there being no GPS available indors - doh of course not !
The phantom 3 has the same underside camera/sensor recognition system so that it can feedback motion from the floor detail into the brain of the drone and correct - I would be keen to know if this also works outside to augment the GPS or if that is then just ignored.

Camera Control - the biggie for me

A big issue for me is not having access to any video camera controls while in the air - we do have tilt control for the gimbal in the phantom 2 of course but now the phatom 3 brings in start and stop recording (how many times I have landed to realise that I wasnt recording I am ebarassed to say !) and there are some exposure contros I believe too. The software allows some further custom Tx (Transmitter) inputs for you to assign in the software. I am not quite sure what you would use these for yet.
