The androgynous look is a massive fashion trend for 2013 with the view of being a big part of 2014 looks. Women are taking on a more masculine style by wearing items that are inspired by men’s fashion. Sizing becomes irrelevant within this look, the point is to be bold with the items you wear and not to hide the fact you are wearing a man’s t-shirt or accessory.

So how do you create the androgynous look?

Boyfriend jeans have been around for a few years. Taking a side-line in the denim seasonal ranges. But with the androgynous look coming into full force they make up a big part of the look. Today we celebrate Baby Day! Yep that’s right; there is a day aside from our youngster’s birthdays that we get to celebrate their existence and the miracle of life itself. Although it’s not exactly an official holiday like Christmas, people do tend to celebrate it on the 2nd May each year. As you will be aware, babies don’t stay babies for long which is why we must try and capture every precious moment, whether it is by taking photographs or saving your babies first tooth. The book, a humorous autobiographical novel, charts a period of my life in the 80's and 90's during which I worked in the defence business on computer systems.  Despite the formal environment, the people and circumstances I found myself in were quite crazy.  I tried to escape the cocktail of madness and tedium by embarking on some wayward pursuits and business ventures - all depicted in the book in scary detail!
