New York Fashion Week for men is one of the most anticipated of them all and this year's show was no let down. Some of the best designers in the world came together to show off their latest collections and there was some serious talent on offer.
New York Fashion Week is hugely popular and every year you will see the very best of male models and brands on show as well as some appearances from admired celebrities. There were some pretty hot brands on offer and here are a few of my favourites from the week.
Zucchelli was ever present at this year's New York Fashion Week and I really liked what I saw from Calvin Klein. The metallic touch was noticeable and was well received. It has a futuristic appeal to it and works well with the smart attire.
The Tuxedos that followed were divine and you could see the perfect tailoring in all of them.
Varvatos set out to break the mould this year by producing something not seen before at New York Fashion Week and that is exactly what he achieved with a more sensory fashion experience in his store.
This was a welcome change in my opinion and the fashion on show was very good which helped this bold move to pay off.
My personal favourite of all of his pieces was the three piece velvet suit which showed incredible design work and the fur was another highlight of his collection.
This visionary experience was a lot different to the usual catwalks but I feel it went well and with its rock and roll theme I don't think there was ever any doubt it would be anything other than a raging success.
The nephew of the hugely famous Ralph has hit the scene hard with some truly innovative art.
My favourite part of his show was the boxers sparring on a full scale boxing ring as he tells a story through his fashion which offers some seriously fresh pieces.
One of the best collections at this year's New York Fashion Week, in my opinion, came from Jeffrey Rudes. His double breasted velvet jackets and cropped trousers were all very pleasing on the eye not to mention his shearling coats which have been very hot lately and will continue to be in the near future.
