Editor's Take
Amazon reviewers for Walker's Silencer-style ear protection mention good value and solid hearing protection, but opinions are mixed on reliability and battery life. Some customers say the earbuds work great for shooting and are a good product for the price, while others report issues like short runtime, malfunctioning after the first shots, and frustrating support.
On Reddit, one user said the earbuds were comfortable for 5–6 hour wear, the app was dependable, and the NRR was sufficient for most situations, though they did not perform well indoors or in windy conditions. That same discussion still ended with a positive overall view of the product's value.
Forum comments about Walker's electronic ear buds are generally favorable for field and range use, especially when you are the only one shooting. A review blog also describes the 25dB NRR, compact design, and long battery life as strong selling points.
Overall, the dominant themes are: comfortable fit, decent sound suppression, and good price-to-performance, with the main complaints centered on battery life, indoor-range performance, and consistency.
