Editor's Take
Sony’s LinkBuds Clip open-ear earbuds are getting praise for comfort, secure fit, and strong everyday usability. Amazon and Best Buy reviewers say they sit securely, stay comfortable for long sessions, and deliver a pleasant open-ear listening experience that keeps users aware of their surroundings.
Reviewers also highlight the battery life and call quality. Best Buy reviewers and professional testers note that the charging case extends total playtime well into a full day, while microphones come through clearly for calls and voice chats.
At the same time, feedback from Amazon, Reddit-style discussions, and review outlets points to the same tradeoffs: limited bass, little to no isolation, and a sound signature that favors clarity and convenience over deep impact. Some reviewers also mention that the unusual fit takes patience, especially for first-time open-ear buyers.
Overall, the LinkBuds Clip appeal to shoppers who want lightweight, open-ear earbuds for all-day comfort, awareness, and calls more than heavy bass or total silence.
