JBL Endurance Race 2 - Waterproof (IP68) sports true wireless earbuds with 4 mics for crisp, clear calls, JBL Pure Bass sound, 48Hrs of Playback, plus speed charging & Active Noise Cancelling (Purple)
About this product
About this item JBL Pure Bass sound: JBL Endurance Race 2 earbuds feature 6.8mm dynamic drivers that deliver powerful JBL Pure Bass sound.
48Hrs of playback time, plus speed charging: Enjoy 12Hrs of playtime, plus another three full charges (36Hrs) in the charging case.* 10 minutes on a USB type-C charging cable will give you another four hours of playtime. (*with ANC off)
4 mics for crisp, clear calls: Two beamforming mics on each earbud pick up and transmit your voice while canceling out ambient noise. So you can make clear, crisp calls even when you're jogging through a busy park on a breezy day.
Active Noise Cancelling listens to your surroundings & filter out distracting noise. Smart Ambient lets you control how much of the outside world you want to hear, so you can talk with others or stay aware of your surroundings and keep your earbuds in.
Enhance your work-out with 'Sports Mode': Use the JBL Headphones app to match your workout with ANC, Ambient Aware and EQ. Choose one of the six default Sports Modes - or you can customize your own.
Editor's Take
Amazon/retail review signals for the JBL Endurance Race 2 are broadly positive, with buyers and reviewers most often praising the secure fit, strong battery life, and workout-friendly design. Amazon-adjacent review summaries and retailer reviews also highlight that the earbuds stay put during running and cycling, and that the battery life is a major strength.
At the same time, several reviewers note tradeoffs: the sound is good for the price but not class-leading, ANC is described as only moderate or weak by some, and the bulky shape can feel less comfortable for long all-day wear. A few reviewers also mention that the controls and ambient features are not perfect.
- Amazon reviewers are reported to average around 4.3/5 across many ratings, with repeated praise for fit and battery life.
- Crutchfield reviewers say the buds stay in place well, sound good for exercise, and offer strong value.
- Best Buy reviewers give the product about 4.3/5 and rate battery life especially highly.
- Tom’s Guide and Runner’s World both describe the earbuds as good-value sports buds with secure fit and long battery life, while noting weaker ANC or less impressive sound versus pricier rivals.
