Editor's Take
Reviews across SoundGuys, TechGearLab, Tom's Guide, GSMArena, and Pickr generally describe the CMF Buds 2 Plus as very strong value earbuds with good-to-excellent sound, comfortable fit, solid battery life, and effective ANC for the price. Amazon reviewer sentiment is not directly available here, but broader customer-style discussion on Reddit and the Nothing community is mostly positive, with users praising the sound, ANC, and comfort.
At the same time, several sources note a few tradeoffs: some reviewers miss the removed Smart Dial, call out average or inconsistent mic performance, and say the audio can be less impressive without LDAC or on iPhone. Reddit posts also mention that stock ear tips may limit performance for some users.
- Sound: Often described as clear, bassy, and unusually good for the price.
- ANC: Frequently praised as strong for budget earbuds, though not class-leading.
- Battery: Repeatedly highlighted as a strength, with long playback claims and good real-world results.
- Fit and comfort: Generally positive, with some users calling them very comfortable.
- Weak points: Missing Smart Dial, no wireless charging, average call quality, and less compelling sound without LDAC.
