Across review coverage, the main positives are convenience, portability, and suitability for desk use or light daily walking. Common concerns on under-desk treadmill discussions include noise, limited running capability, and the need to watch belt stability and build quality, especially for budget models.
Reddit users discussing under-desk treadmills tend to focus on whether the machines are worth it for steady walking during work, with many emphasizing that they are best for walking rather than workouts. General review blogs also highlight that folding walking pads are valued most when space-saving matters more than speed or advanced features.
