Editor's Take
The VITESSE 70-inch Fireplace TV Stand combines a modern entertainment console with a 36-inch electric fireplace and is designed for TVs up to 80 inches. Reviewers praise its value, contemporary appearance, and broad range of flame and lighting options. The fireplace offers 12 flame effects, adjustable flame speed and brightness, while the rear LED strip provides 20 colors and five brightness levels.
Reviewers at Mercer Street Salon and Sabertooth Games say the engineered-wood construction feels sturdier than expected for a budget model, with useful cable-management openings and cabinets for storage. The large tabletop is also rated to support up to 300 pounds. The heater offers 750-watt and 1,500-watt settings, with reviewers reporting effective warmth for rooms of roughly 380 to 400 square feet. Flame-only operation is useful when ambiance is wanted without heat.
Amazon-focused review coverage and forum comments identify a few practical drawbacks. Assembly can take several hours and is easier with two people. The stand and fireplace insert ship in separate packages, and reviewers frequently mention that the deliveries can arrive on different days. The fan is generally acceptable at lower settings but becomes noticeably louder on high heat. Some forum users also report electronics or crackling-sound issues after extended use, although the main fireplace function continued working in those accounts.
Overall, reviewers characterize the VITESSE as a feature-rich, budget-friendly choice for shoppers who want a large TV console with customizable fireplace effects and supplemental room heat. Its strongest advantages are the attractive price, extensive flame and LED controls, dual heat settings, and spacious 70-inch design; buyers should be prepared for involved assembly and split-package delivery.
