Serta Glendale 90.2" Queen Size Wall-Hugging Convertible Sofa, Dreamcoil Comfort, Chenille Fabric, Cream

The Serta Glendale is a spacious queen-size sleeper sofa designed for rooms where clearance is tight. Amazon reviewers say the wall-hugging mechanism lets the sofa sit roughly 1–2 inches from the wall while still converting smoothly into a full queen-size bed. They also praise the straightforward assembly, sturdy construction, accurate cream color, and easy pull-out operation.

Comfort is generally viewed favorably, with Amazon reviewers describing the sofa cushions as comfortable and the sleeping surface as firm but suitable for overnight guests. One reviewer said a guest found the bed firm yet comfortable, while noting that the cushions were still new. The Dreamcoil mattress and high-density foam are intended to provide more support than a basic fold-out sofa.

The main trade-off is size and weight. Amazon reviewers describe the sofa as very heavy, and its roughly 90-inch width means shoppers should measure doorways and allow time for two-person handling during delivery and setup. Reviewers also mention a minor gap between the two seat cushions, though it does not prevent conversion or use.

For shoppers prioritizing a genuine queen sleeping surface, simple operation, and minimal wall clearance, the Glendale offers a practical combination of sofa and guest bed. Its firm feel may suit visitors who prefer stronger support, while the large footprint and heavy frame make it less convenient for frequent repositioning.
