Editor's Take
The howcool Queen Sleeper Sofa Bed is designed for small spaces, combining a 77-inch sofa with a chaise and pull-out queen sleeper. Reviewers highlight the velvet upholstery, compact footprint, built-in USB charging ports, and side storage pocket as practical features for apartments, guest rooms, offices, and other space-conscious rooms.
Pwice reviewers praise the soft velvet fabric, smooth conversion, sturdy steel frame, and thicker-than-average foam sleeping surface. Their testing found the sofa converted quickly and provided comfortable support over multiple nights, while noting that the 600-pound weight capacity is modest for a queen sleeper and that the sofa can look smaller than expected.
PropelRC reviewers describe assembly as straightforward and the three-position design as versatile. They found the frame stable during repeated conversions and rated the medium-firm foam acceptable for short guest stays, while recommending a mattress topper for longer visits. The same review notes that two people may be helpful for assembly.
On EatVeganVybez, reviewers praise the sofaโs cozy feel, attractive appearance, easy assembly, storage pocket, USB ports, and ability to shift quickly between seating, lounging, and sleeping. Reviewers also describe the sleeping area as roomy enough for overnight guests and the steel frame as firm rather than wobbly.
Overall, this howcool sleeper sofa stands out for flexible use, useful built-in conveniences, and a true queen-style pull-out in a relatively compact frame. Its medium-firm foam surface and limited weight capacity are worth considering, especially for couples or frequent, extended overnight use.
