Editor's Take
Amazon reviewers generally praise the taste, mixability, and how filling this shake is, with many saying it works well as a meal replacement and is easy on digestion. Some reviewers also like the fiber and probiotic blend, noting less bloating and better satiety, while a smaller number mention it can still cause stomach discomfort or gas for sensitive users.
On iHerb, customers similarly say it tastes great, mixes easily, and does not have a chalky texture, with several highlighting the fiber and probiotics as a plus. Review sites that summarize broader feedback also describe it as a strong option for meal replacement because of its grass-fed whey, fiber, probiotics, and relatively low sugar, though a few note the price is high for the serving count. YouTube results include at least one real review video about this product, indicating there is independent video coverage of the shake.
