Common positives include a smooth shake, strong sweetness, and the appeal of 30g protein per serving. Common negatives include that the flavor can be too sweet for some people, and a few reviewers mention consistency or taste preferences not matching expectations.
On Reddit and other forums, discussion tends to focus on whether the cereal flavor is genuinely enjoyable or mainly a novelty, with people often comparing it to other candy/cereal-flavored proteins. Review blogs and product pages also describe it as a fun, flavored option that works best for users who already like sweet shakes.
YouTube reviewers are mostly doing taste tests and short product reviews, and the most relevant videos found are specifically about the Froot Loops version of this Six Star whey protein. Overall, the sentiment across sources leans positive, especially for taste and affordability, while highly sugar-like flavor is the main tradeoff.
