Editor's Take
Amazon reviewers and retailer review pages describe this gainer as a good-tasting, easy-to-mix, and relatively clean mass gainer, with many users saying it helps them gain weight or muscle without feeling overly heavy. Several reviews mention that the cinnamon toast flavor is enjoyable and not overly sweet, while others praise the ingredient profile and low sugar content.
There are some mixed opinions on value and effectiveness: a few users say the tub is expensive for the servings, and a small number note aftertaste or that results depend on diet and training. Overall, the sentiment is strongly positive, with multiple sources highlighting easy digestion and minimal stomach upset.
On Reddit and forum-style discussions, the recurring themes are that it is a solid option for people who want a mass gainer without the usual bloating, but it may not be ideal for anyone seeking the cheapest calorie source. YouTube reviewers also generally describe it as a well-formulated, good-tasting clean gainer and several videos focus specifically on the Rivalus/Rival Nutrition Clean Gainer product.
