Editor's Take
Amazon reviewers say this REDCON1 MRE Banana Nut Bread protein powder is praised for its taste, filling feel, and quality ingredients, with many customers describing it as a satisfying meal replacement. Amazon reviewers also mention mixed experiences with mixability, texture, value, and occasional stomach discomfort.
On YouTube, reviewers largely focus on the banana nut bread flavor, often saying it tastes close to banana bread and is one of the better-tasting meal replacement proteins. Reddit and forum discussion is thinner for this exact powder, but supplement community posts and related reviews generally describe the MRE line as a solid, dessert-like option with a heavier, more meal-like profile.
Trustpilot feedback for RedCon1 is more negative overall, with complaints about gritty texture and poor dissolving for this product line, showing that some customers have the opposite experience.
