Editor's Take
Amazon reviewers say this Serious Mass strawberry version helps with weight gain, appetite support, and easy calorie intake, but opinions are mixed on taste, thickness, mixability, and stomach comfort. Some customers call it great value for bulking, while others mention bloating or that the shake can feel heavy.
On review sites, users often describe the strawberry flavor as enjoyable, filling, and effective for gaining weight. Some note that it mixes well with milk and can help with calorie goals, while a few criticize the serving size and price.
On Reddit and forum-style discussions, the most common themes are that it is useful for hard gainers, but the full serving can be too large for some people and may cause digestive discomfort. Several independent review videos also frame it as a budget-friendly mass gainer with strong calories but a very big serving size.
Video searches surfaced multiple YouTube reviews and demos specifically about Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass, including strawberry-focused videos and general Serious Mass reviews.
