Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey Protein Powder, Strawberry Banana, 5LB | 24g 100% Whey Protein Per Serving, with BCAAs, Gluten Free, Banned Substance Tested, Easy Mixing, Muscle Support & Recovery

Amazon reviewers say this Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey flavor is generally well liked for taste, quality, and mixability, with Strawberry Banana fitting the brand’s usual smooth, easy-to-blend profile. Some Amazon feedback suggests the flavor is decent but can come across as a little generic or lightly sweet rather than bold.

On YouTube, reviewers of this exact flavor are mixed but mostly positive: one review calls the taste somewhat generic yet notes it dissolves very well and gives it about a 7/10, while another says it is better with milk or nut milk and also rates it around 7/10. A Russian YouTube review of the 5 lb Strawberry Banana tub says the flavor is drinkable and that there are many positive opinions about the product overall, though it also suggests the taste may not be for everyone.

Across the available feedback, the main strengths are mixability, familiar ON quality, and solid value; the main criticism is that the Strawberry Banana flavor may be mild or artificial-tasting compared with richer chocolate flavors.
