Amazon and Walmart reviewers mostly praise the taste and mixability, saying it is smooth, not too sweet, and less grainy than many plant proteins. Several reviewers mention it works well in shakes and helps with fullness after workouts.

Muscle & Strength reviews are also positive overall, with users highlighting good taste, easy digestion, and solid mixing, though some wish it had more fiber or a larger serving size. Dicks Sporting Goods reviews are mixed but lean positive, with comments about good quality and texture balanced by a few complaints about chalkiness or shipping issues.

Independent review sites are more divided. Some blogs call it a dependable vegan protein with a complete amino acid profile and good recovery support, while others describe it as average or only okay in taste and overall value.
