Muscle Milk Gainer Protein Powder, Vanilla Creme, 32g Protein, 5 Pound

Amazon reviewers say this Muscle Milk Gainer is generally well-liked for its taste, easy mixing, and ability to help with weight gain or maintaining weight, but opinions split on the protein content, thickness, and serving size. Some customers praise the vanilla flavor as easy to drink and good value, while others feel the calories are high for the amount of protein and that it can be too thick.

Review sites echo the same pattern: Muscle Milk’s vanilla flavor is often described as milkshake-like and very tasty, with strong mixability, but some testers criticize the macro balance for people who want a leaner shake. On Reddit and forums, the common theme is that it works better as a bulking/gainer product than as a low-calorie protein supplement.

YouTube results include a direct review of this exact product and another Muscle Milk vanilla review, both discussing taste and mixability. The exact-product video and related vanilla reviews generally describe the flavor positively, while also noting concerns about calories and serving size.

• Positive themes: taste, mixability, bulk/weight-gain support, value
• Mixed themes: protein per calorie, thickness, serving size, macro balance
• Overall: a good fit for people seeking a sweeter gainer-style powder, less ideal for lean dieting
