Dymatize Elite Casein 25g Protein Powder, Rich Chocolate, 50 Servings | Slow-Absorbing Micellar Casein, 5.3g BCAAs, 2.3g Leucine, Muscle-Building Amino Acids, Gluten-Free, 4 lb

Amazon reviewers say this casein is generally well liked for taste, mixability, and satiety, with many noting it keeps them full overnight and works well in water, milk, or pudding. Common positives across Amazon, Walmart, Muscle & Strength, and BarBend include a creamy chocolate flavor, good texture, and strong perceived quality.

Some reviewers note drawbacks such as thickness, occasional bloating or stomach sensitivity, and confusion that one serving is two scoops rather than one. A few customers also dislike the texture or say it can feel chalky if not mixed with enough liquid.

On Reddit and forum-style discussions surfaced in the broader search results, the product appears to be treated as a solid everyday casein option rather than a standout gimmick, with praise focused on value and bedtime recovery use. YouTube review results also show at least one dedicated video discussing the product’s taste, protein content, and casein pudding use.

• Overall impression: positive, especially for flavor, fullness, and nighttime use.
• Most common complaint: thickness/texture and digestive tolerance for some users.
• Best use case: slow-digesting protein before bed or in recipes.
