Editor's Take
Amazon reviewers say this BSN SYNTHA-6 Vanilla Ice Cream flavor is a standout for taste, describing it as enjoyable, creamy, and easy to drink; they also commonly praise its mixability and overall quality. Some reviewers note concerns about stomach sensitivity and calories, but the overall tone is positive.
On Reddit, sentiment is also largely favorable, with users often calling Syntha-6 one of the best-tasting protein powders and highlighting its rich flavor and smooth texture. A minority of Reddit comments criticize the taste or mixability, saying it can seem artificial to them, so opinions are not unanimous.
Review blogs that evaluated Syntha-6 generally echo the same pattern: strong taste and good mixability, with mixed feedback on nutritional value and digestibility. Independent review sites and retailer review pages likewise describe the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor as thick, milkshake-like, and especially appealing for people who value flavor over a lean macro profile.
Overall, customer feedback for this exact product is dominated by praise for flavor, creaminess, and convenience, with the main drawbacks centered on sweetness, stomach comfort, and calories.
