Editor's Take
Amazon reviewers say this BSN SYNTHA-6 Edge Cookies and Cream tub is a strong-tasting protein powder, with many praising the rich, smooth, milkshake-like flavor and easy mixing. Amazon reviewers also mention good value for money and solid effectiveness, while some note mixed feelings about how filling it is.
On Reddit and forums, the most common sentiment for Syntha-6 Edge is that it tastes better than many competitors and feels more like a treat than a strict post-workout shake. Review blogs and supplement reviewers often echo that it excels in flavor and texture, but the nutrition profile is less impressive than the taste.
YouTube reviewers of this exact product frequently focus on the Cookies and Cream flavor specifically, calling it one of the best-tasting protein powders they have tried. A few reviews also point out that it is better suited as a dessert-style protein than as a lean macro-focused option.
