Editor's Take
Amazon reviewers say this BodyHealth PerfectAmino Powder is effective for workouts, muscle support, and recovery, with several customers praising the protein content and energy support. The most common complaints are the taste, which some describe as bitter or unpleasant, and the high price or poor value.
BodyHealth’s own product page shows very strong ratings, with many recent reviewers saying it helps them hit protein goals, supports recovery, and works well before or after training. A broader review site and the brand’s community feedback also point to polarized opinions: fans like the convenience and fast absorption, while critics question the value and report taste issues or delivery/customer-service problems.
YouTube results include multiple review videos specifically about BodyHealth PerfectAmino, covering hands-on impressions, ingredient claims, and workout recovery experiences. Overall, the web feedback is mixed but leans positive for performance and recovery, with taste and price being the main downsides.
