Editor's Take
Amazon reviewers on BodyHealth’s site are overwhelmingly positive, with the product page showing a 4.9-star average from tens of thousands of reviews; customers commonly praise taste, workout support, and recovery benefits.
On the brand site, reviewers repeatedly mention better workout recovery, a noticeable difference in energy, and liking the Mixed Berry or other flavors, though these are self-selected brand-hosted reviews.
From YouTube review results, opinions are mixed: some creators describe it as helpful for recovery and energy, while others are more skeptical about the value and claims. Reddit and forum-style sentiment is not directly visible in the available results, so no firm conclusion can be drawn there.
Overall, the product appears to be viewed positively by many buyers for taste and recovery support, but outside reviewers on YouTube include both enthusiastic and critical takes.
