Editor's Take
Amazon reviewers for BIRDMAN Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Powder say it generally tastes neutral, dissolves well, and offers good value, with multiple comments that it supports muscle growth and workout recovery. Some reviewers also mention issues like bloating, gassy feelings, constipation, and a lid that does not seal well.
On Walmart, customer feedback for the 200-serving 2.2 lb version is also positive, with buyers rating it highly and describing it as effective and good value. A third-party product page echoes the same themes: easy to drink, easy to dissolve, and clean ingredients, while noting occasional packaging complaints such as the lid and scoop size.
Reddit or forum-specific results were not surfaced in the available search output, but the overall pattern across storefront reviews and product summaries is consistent: users like the effectiveness and mixability, while a minority dislike the digestive side effects and packaging.
