Editor's Take
Amazon reviewers say the product delivers strong protein and creatine content, with many praising mixability, digestion, and post-workout usefulness, though taste and value get mixed reactions.
On Reddit and forums, comparable Birdman Falcon discussions commonly focus on the same themes: plant-based formula, recovery support, and whether the texture or flavor feels chalky or powdery.
Review blogs describe it as a performance-oriented vegan protein with added creatine, BCAAs, probiotics, and electrolytes, but note that some users find the chocolate flavor mild and the powder messy to scoop.
Across customer opinions, the main positives are high protein, good ingredient profile, and workout support; the main drawbacks are texture, clumping, and taste preferences.
- Most common praise: high protein, added creatine, and plant-based formula.
- Most common complaints: chalkiness, clumping, and occasional stomach or taste issues.
- Best fit: people prioritizing performance ingredients over dessert-like flavor.
