Editor's Take
Amazon reviewer feedback for this Lenovo ThinkPad E16 Gen 2 bundle is not directly visible in the gathered results, but broader reviews of the E16 Gen 2 are mixed-to-positive. Reviewers on Tweakers say the laptop is generally solid, easy to upgrade, and good for productivity, though some mention price concerns and an inconsistent fingerprint reader. Notebookcheck describes the AMD-based E16 Gen 2 as a workhorse with good performance, battery life, cooling balance, and solid build quality, while noting that corners were cut in display and other premium features.
On Reddit, users report good real-world performance for everyday and programming use, with one owner saying the laptop performs exceptionally well and another saying they are extremely satisfied after a couple of weeks. Some Reddit comments also echo the common downside themes seen elsewhere, especially battery life and display limitations. YouTube reviewers repeatedly describe the E16 Gen 2 as a practical business laptop with strong multitasking performance, but many call out weak portability, mediocre battery life, and a display that is good for office work but not ideal for creative tasks.
Overall sentiment suggests this model is best suited for office, school, coding, and general business use rather than travel-heavy or color-critical work. The bundled Thunderobot USB-C hub is not discussed in the gathered reviews, so opinions appear to focus mainly on the laptop itself.
