Great product 4 the $! I’m happy we tried a refurbished laptop. It was perfect try find, no scratches or physical flaws. The laptop runs well & was a great purchase 4 us. I recommend the refurbished laptop, processed it easier 2 purchase, replacing an old pc with Wi dies 2@, best way / go 2 update a aslow old pc. Easy 2 use, I have purchased a case ; it 2 travel from one floor of the house 2 another. Also plugged in my existing v keyboard & mouse if I’m sod du v tine in it, I’m used 2 a mouse. & the pad provided is not 2 my liking if I’m putting in tine on it, I’m not as proficient on it, as I am with the mouse, I can. Ou that Luthy’s whatever it is called &usd the existing pad on the laptop, grest purchase 4 ne& i git grest phone help from an Amazon customer service person., when I had a few questions. He helped me do Dina of the setieitn, Kyle was his band! Happy Snazin customer on this deal. We also bought aCsnon printer from Snaxin 4 u def $290 & wer pleased we can print from our phones , as well as our laptops.
