Editor's Take
Customer feedback for this Kittyhok 2K triple-lens system appears mixed to positive overall. Kittyhok’s own site highlights praise for easy installation, strong night vision, clear video, and useful person-detection alerts, while also acknowledging that some users think night vision could be better for the price.
Independent product roundups describe the system as appealing for its triple-lens design, 180° coverage, color night vision, and local NVR recording without a subscription. Those writeups frame it as a good fit for homeowners who want wide-area coverage and PTZ tracking in one package.
App-related feedback is more negative in at least one third-party source: the App Store listing for Kittyhok shows complaints about setup problems, an app that would not work, and weak customer service. A ReviewMeta brand page also suggests there are broader review patterns worth checking before buying.
- Common praise: easy setup, broad coverage, clear video, color night vision, and no-subscription storage.
- Common complaints: app reliability, customer support, and occasional concerns about night vision performance.
- Overall: the hardware design gets strong interest, but software/support concerns show up often enough that buyers should be cautious.
