JLab JBuds Mini Tones True Wireless Earbuds, Bluetooth Multipoint, 728 N
About this product
About this item Each earbud delivers 5.5 hours of playtime, and the compact charging case extends total listening to 20 hours — enough to cover a full workweek of daily commutes without hunting for an outlet.
Choose from 3 onboard EQ presets — JLab Signature, Balanced, and Bass Boost — so your music sounds the way you want it. Be Aware Audio lets ambient sound in without removing your earbuds, useful during commutes or busy workspaces.
At just 3.14g per earbud and 30% smaller than GO Air POP, JBuds Mini are JLab's smallest earbuds ever. IP55 sweat and dust resistance handles gym sessions and outdoor use without worry.
Bluetooth Multipoint lets you connect to two devices simultaneously — switch from a laptop podcast to a phone call without manually re-pairing. Compatible with iOS, Android, and PC. No 3.5mm jack included.
The JLab App unlocks EQ customization, Be Aware Audio adjustment, touch control remapping, a safe hearing volume limiter, and firmware updates. Backed by JLab's standard warranty; charging case included in box.
Editor's Take
Amazon and retailer reviews for the JLab JBuds Mini Tones are mostly positive, with many buyers praising the tiny size, comfortable fit for small ears, and strong sound for the price. Reviewers also frequently mention the useful Be Aware mode, easy portability, and decent battery life for such compact earbuds.
Amazon reviewers say the earbuds feel comfortable and sound surprisingly good for their size, while some note the case and accessories can be inconsistent. Best Buy feedback is more mixed, with a few users reporting missing parts or limited battery expectations, but others calling them a great value.
On Reddit, users discussing the JBuds Mini generally describe them as extremely small and handy, with some saying they deliver good sound for the form factor. A smaller number of comments mention connection issues or question whether they are worth it compared with other budget earbuds.
Review blogs such as The Gadgeteer, PCMag, and CGMagazine are broadly favorable, highlighting the compact design, customizable EQ, and solid feature set, while noting weaker bass or limited waterproofing as tradeoffs. Overall, the product is seen as a strong budget pick for people who want the smallest possible earbuds and a secure fit.
- Small, comfortable fit is the most consistent praise.
- Sound quality is generally considered good for the price.
- Battery life is acceptable, though not class-leading.
- Common complaints include occasional connectivity quirks and occasional accessory or case issues.
