Amazon reviewers say the JLab Flex Open Ear Earbuds are generally well liked for comfort, sound quality, and battery life, with some customers highlighting the open-ear clip-on fit as secure and convenient for all-day wear.
Walmart and Best Buy reviews are similarly positive overall, praising the fit, clear sound, and strong battery life, while some users mention weaker bass, volume limits, occasional connectivity issues, and touch control responsiveness.
On Reddit, users describe them as comfortable and enjoyable, with one JLab community post saying they "love them" and found the sound great after some EQ tuning.
Review sites and blogs also tend to describe them as a solid budget-friendly open-ear option, especially for awareness during walking, running, and commuting, though several note that build quality and bass are not class-leading.
YouTube reviews found for this exact product are mostly mixed-to-positive overall: one calls them worth it for clear sound and solid bass, while another criticizes the sound and mic quality for the price.
