Editor's Take
The Allewie Full Size Lift Up Hydraulic Storage Bed Frame combines a wingback-style upholstered headboard with hidden under-bed storage and a platform design that does not require a box spring. YouTube reviewers show the hydraulic lift opening smoothly and providing generous space for bedding, clothing, and other bedroom items.
On YouTube, reviewers praise the frame’s clean appearance, sturdy feel, and easy-to-operate gas-lift mechanism. One reviewer says assembly was straightforward and reports that the completed bed felt solid, without noticeable shaking or creaking. Another describes the storage capacity as substantial and says the lift was easy to raise and lower.
The main practical consideration is assembly: reviewer demonstrations indicate that putting the frame together takes some time, even though the process is generally manageable. The lift mechanism also includes support components inside the storage area, so stored items should be arranged with those parts in mind.
Overall, YouTube reviewers present the Allewie as a stylish, space-saving choice for shoppers who want concealed storage without adding drawers or using a box spring. Its strongest advantages are the smooth hydraulic access, roomy storage compartment, modern headboard, and stable platform design.
