Cannes - The Best and Worst Dresses 2013

The Cannes film festival is one of the most anticipated and glam events in the awards calendar.  The films seem to take a back-seat and everyone simply cannot wait to delight and gasp at what some of the celebs decide to throw on their backs, and this year has not been a disappointment so far!

Below I've added some of the best and worst looks to adorn this years red carpet, but there were so many I could only pick a few.

The Best

Georgia May Jagger, youngest daughter of Mick and Jerry Hall, looks stunning, but sullen in this gorgeous scarlet gown.

Burberry model of the moment, of course wore this beautiful Burberry plunging dress.

The Great Gatsby starlet, Isla Fisher is so beautiful I think she'd look good in anything.  She certainly didn't disappoint on the red carpet.  Who says, red heads can't wear red!

Classic beauty Emma Watson star of up and coming Sofia Coppola's latest film the Bling Ring, wore this Christopher Kane mini dress during the day.

I wouldn't say this is one of my favourite dresses, I'm a bit on the fence.  Carey Mulligan is gorgeous at the premier of her film The Great Gatsby, but this does remind me a bit to the dress Gwyneth Paltrow wore to the 2002 Oscars.

I'm not 100% sure about this monochrome Christian Dior gown, but Jennifer Lawrence is rocking this look so well couldn't be in the worst category.

Worst

Apparently Russian reality stars are as classy as our British ones!

 I think Rooney Mara forgot to take her nighty off before going out.

Who knew Nicola Kidman could ever get it so wrong on a red carpet!  This witch inspired black bag number should have stayed in the shop!

Really disappointed with Carey's dresses this year.

What does ex-It girl Lady Victoria Hervey do exactly?  Not really sure how she got on the red carpet at Cannes, and she hogged it for so long that she apparently was man-handled off it by a security guard, yikes!
