What not to Wear to the Billboard Awards!!

When if first saw this picture of Nayer at last night's Billboard awards in Vegas, I literally choked on my cup of tea!  Just what she was thinking when she picked this 'outfit' to wear is beyond me.

The 25 year old attention seeker was a 'wardrobe malfunction' waiting to happen in the plunging to the waistline number.  She also thought it would be a great idea to take her pet pooch along who didn't look too pleased to standing next to her either!
