As you prepare for holiday parties this month, here’s how to get the updated smoky (and shimmery) eye look at home.
STEP 1 Smooth on an eye shadow base to keep shadow in place all day. Starting with an illuminating shade, apply shadow from left to right on the eyelid and up to the crease.
