I thought I was in The Hunt For Red October listening for submarines as I listened out for the heartbeat of my unborn son or daughter.
At this stage of the pregnancy it isn't really quick to find the heartbeat but the headphones come through and you can hear the sound of the placenta too.

At 15 quid this is a small price to pay to hear your baby pump away.
Its quite hard to find the baby from 12 weeks but from 16 weeks we still found it a struggle to find the baby, not the dopplers fault of course.
We tried this with Skull Candy headphones which we though would enhance things from the rough looking headphones that came with it but in fact they didn't work as well.

We recommend this product to bring some fun into the long 9 months but don't panic if you can't hear anything at first it is not supposed to be some kind of wellness checking device and can not replace uncommon sense.
