Weekend Detox
* Wake up at 9am on a Saturday and make sure to finish at least 4 litres of water between 9am – 1pm.
* Over the weekend, you should have five meals per day comprising soups, fruits and herbal tea only.
* It’s also advisable to consume 500mg Vitamin C tablets thrice a day for a week. However, seek your doctor’s guidance for the same.
