I got these to replace my tired old strawberry red clima cools, they were so good in the heat of miami and the caribbean but so bad on the wet grass of London's parkland. They are light and while not as striking in quite the same way as the red ones they say something. I'm yet to decide on the chrome and bling but it appears to be in this year...what do you think ?

I finally am retiring these hardy trainers for these - http://style-review.com/you-blog/entry/k-swiss-tubes-trainers-or-sneakers-orange-gradient
In the end this was a very decent trainer great for warm climate running. I am not sure if I ever got used to the stiff instep but it didn't bother me that much in truth. I looked for ages to replace these but the design and style of trainers today is far from inspiring - maybe its just my age. But go look at the K Swiss pair I have now.

I need a set of criteria for actually how good these are. I find they are hard to break in the instep plastic piece which is uncomfortable ! And they don't appear to be as cool as my last pair. They do do a reasonable job , I just hope I can break them in soon....

Not great for me yet !
